We’re a Licensed and Insured Custom Catering Business that specializes in menus that provide experiences. Approximately 90% of all our items are made from scratch.

We specialize in American, Southern, Cajun and Creole Cuisines, but we also cater to most dietary needs and requests!

MEET THE OWNER
Coming from a hard working family in Louisiana, Tasha Coaxum (Chef Tasha Tanae’) has shown a love and passion for cooking since the age of 7. Tasha first showed a love for cooking while watching her grandmother and mother cook meals for her family. She avidly watched cooking shows as a child featuring Julia Childs and Paul Prudhoe. Tasha's journey to beginning her business actually didn’t start the traditional way. She initially followed her other passion which is education. She worked as an educator for 12 years and eventually after receiving encouragement from family, friends and co-workers, decided to follow her heart and pursue the culinary industry and start her catering business in 2010.

As she began pursuing her career in the culinary industry, she has been able to go on a journey where she graduated from a culinary incubator program, as well as worked with 2 Award Winning Chefs. Her current and past client portfolio includes public officials, big-box retailers, local businesses, organizations and artists.
