Turkey, Vegetarian, Vegan, Keto, Gluten-Free and Sugar-Free Options Are Available Upon Request

Customized menus: We offer a consultation via phone with you or your team so that we can hear what your vision is for your event. Next we will send you up to 2 estimates based on our consultation and your budget. From that point we will provide up to 2 revisions to accomplish your vision for your event.

Catering Menu Packages are based on 50 or more guests.

Ala Carte Appetizer’s: There is a minimum per person purchase of $13 per person.

Dessert Tables: Start at $350.00 and feed up to 50 people. They must be purchased with food.

Factors That Play a Role in Your Cost: (Ex.) Type of Menu, Travel Distance/Location, Add-ons, If Extra Staff is Needed, Serving/Passing of Trays, Attendant Service, Equipment Needed, Plates and Cutlery, Etc.

There is a minimum purchase of $500.00 for every catering order. Estimates are valid for 7 days without a deposit paid toward the invoice.

A deposit in the amount of 50% is required for all catering services to ensure that your date is secured.

 

Events Less Than 30 Days Away.....
All final numbers and changes must be made within 8 days of your event. And all services must be paid in full 7 days before the event.

Events Booked A Month or More Away....

All services must be paid in full a month before the event.  If you need to add additional numbers and changes must be made within 8 days of your event. And all services must be paid in full 7 days before the event.
 

The date of your final payment is the final date for number changes. Any changes requested after this date cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to additional charges. Once your event is booked and your deposit is paid, you are only able to add additional items to your contract or make substitutions within 7 days of your event.

Changes/Refunds/ Cancellations;

Venue or Date Change: The client is responsible for notifying the caterer of any date or venue changes. The caterer is not liable for a venue or date change for a contracted event and the deposit is non-refundable.

In the event of a venue or date change the client will receive a credit for the services and the caterer will work with the client to reschedule the event according to the client’s availability as long as the caterer is available for one venue or date change.

Cancellations: If the client cancels a contracted food event the caterer can retain all of the deposit fees as liquidated damages and depending on the time of the cancellation refunds may vary based on incurred operation cost.
